The only gyotaku fish printing kit made with 100% food-safe cuttlefish ink — so you can print your fish and still fillet it for dinner. No toxic sumi ink. No rice paper that tears. Just a clean, detailed print in 5–10 minutes, right on the boat or at the dock. We built a printing press for the average fisherman. No artistic skill required.

What Makes Fishin' Prints Different

Traditional gyotaku uses sumi ink (made from burning oil and wood) and fragile rice paper. We rebuilt the process from scratch for real anglers — durable cloth developed specifically for gyotaku printing and all-natural cuttlefish ink, the same ingredient used in squid ink pasta. The result is a fish print that lasts, on a material that holds every scale and fin in detail.

How Many Prints Can I Make?

The Standard Pack includes 2 full-size sheets (36x18 inches) — enough for 2 full printing sessions. Cut each sheet in half and you get up to 4 prints at 18x18 inches, perfect for inshore and freshwater species.
